Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ClawSetup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
Service Description
ClawSetup provides managed OpenClaw hosting as a service. This includes provisioning, configuration, deployment, ongoing maintenance, and monitoring of OpenClaw instances on your behalf. We handle the infrastructure so you can focus on using the platform.
Account Requirements
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each individual or organisation may maintain only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Billing
The Service is billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are displayed in your selected currency at checkout and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. After cancellation, you have a 30-day window to export your data before it is permanently removed from our systems.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity, to abuse or overload system resources, or to resell access to the Service without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service Availability
We provide the Service on a best-effort uptime basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.
Data & Security
Each customer's OpenClaw instance runs in an isolated container. API keys and secrets are encrypted at rest. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawSetup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate your account immediately if you engage in abusive behaviour or violate these terms. In all other cases, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before terminating your account. Upon termination, you will have the opportunity to export your data within the 30-day notice period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
